Swas Chintamani Ras Gold is an Ayurvedic medicine in tablet form, used in the treatment of respiratory diseases. This medicine contains heavy metal ingredients, hence should only be taken under strict medical supervision. This medicine is most commonly used in north Indian Ayurvedic practice.

Swas Chintamani Ras ingredients

• 10 g fine powder of each of
• Shuddha Parada – Purified and processed Mercury
• Makshika Bhasma – Bhasma (Calx) of Copper and Iron Pyrite
• Swarna Bhasma – Bhasma (Calx) of Gold
• Mukta Bhasma – Bhasma (Calx) of Pearl – 5 g
• Shuddha Gandhaka – Purified and processed Sulphur – 20 g
• Abhraka Bhasma – Bhasma (calx) of Mica – 20 g
• Loha Bhasma – Bhasma (Calx) of Iron – 40 g
• Juice extract of Kantakari – Yellow berried night shade (whole plant) – Solanum xanthocarpum – quantity
• sufficient for grinding for seven days
• Chagidugdha – Goat milk – quantity sufficient for grinding for seven days
• Decoction of Yashtimadhu – Licorice – Glycyrrhiza glabra – quantity sufficient for grinding for seven days
• Juice extract of Nagavalli – Betel leaf juice – quantity sufficient for grinding for seven days

Shwas Kas Chintamani Ras dosage

125 – 250 mg once or twice a day, before or after food or as directed by Ayurvedic doctor. It is advised along with long pepper and honey.

How long to use:

It is administered for a period of one month.
